Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called after 6pm. He responded right away and made a reservation for me next day first in the morning. He showed up on time and was professional and communicated with me over the phone my Mother received him at the door. He was very sincere with what was going on with my A/C and explained all my options clearly to me. Never tried to upsell me a new unit. I have already asked him to come back in 6 months for routine maintenance. Thank you so much for your hard work
