Our A/C decided to stop heating right before summer. I called Sunday afternoon and they gave me an appointment for Monday. The tech was over half an hour early, and immediately identified the problem. He explained everything in clear detail, and I decided to buy the (inexpensive) part and install myself; at the end of the day, the service fee + part cost was less than most companies would charge just for diagnosis. Extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They'll be my first call every time...although I hope I never need them again. 🙂
